Hi, I am Callie!

Let me introduce myself –

It started with a little camera from my parents and a lot of time spent wandering around our family farm in Midway, Kentucky. I was the kid taking pictures of everything… cattle, sunsets, you name it. Somewhere along the way, I realized I didn’t just enjoy it, I truly loved it.

After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2020, I headed to Oklahoma State for my Masters degree where I also met my husband, Derek. We were married back in Midway on my family’s front steps, and we’ve built a life that keeps us closely tied to the ag industry. Today, we live just outside Des Moines, Iowa, with our Australian Shepherd, Bowman, but Kentucky will always be home.

Over 10+ years of experience, high school and college senior sessions have become a huge part of what I love to create. Whether you grew up on a farm or have never stepped foot in a show barn, my goal is the same: to create images that feel like you — natural, true-to-color, and timeless.

Growing up in the cattle industry, I learned early on what it means to put the time, hard work, and investment into every animal. That perspective has stayed with me and continues to shape how I approach every session behind the lens. From sale, promotional, and sire photography, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside programs that value quality and to translate that into images that feel just as intentional.
